Vitalstate, Inc. is a publicly traded New York corporation with two operating units; Vitalstate US Inc. based in Palm Beach County, Florida and Vitalstate Canada Ltd., based in Montreal, Quebec. The Company was incorporated in the province of Quebec in April 2001 and is listed on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol VTST.
