Directions: Adults, take 2 to 3 capsules before breakfast or morning exercise session, and 2 to 3 capsules at mid-afternoon. For a significant energy boost take 2 to 3 capsules anytime as needed. Do not take within 5 hours of sleep. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
NOTE: Contains > 360 mg of methylxanthines (including caffeine) per serving. For individuals sensitive to the effects of methylxanthines (i.e., caffeine and caffeine like stimulants), start by taking only 1 capsule as directed above and do not exceed a total of 2 capsules per day. For best results, combine Rev XP with a low-fat, calorie-reduced diet and an exercise program.
Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally, rapid heart beat.
