    Introduction
The object of precontest dieting is to shred off as much unwanted fat as possible, while further defining your muscularity. Does a diet exist, that will work with your body, which promotes high energy levels, keeps your mind sharp, your muscles growing, and your fat burning? - YES! Now you just have to find that diet, hehe. For many it's easier said than done. Depending on where you're at, precontest dieting can involve strict calorie monitering, avoiding lots of simple carbs like soda and Hostess Cup Cakes and losing McDonald's as your lunch. (I know, I know...not the McDonalds!) To compound matters, your precontest workouts will now need to be more highly intense than ever to produce contest-ready results. Don't worry, preparing for a contest is FUN! Nevertheless, it's time to buckle down! A number of diets exist popularized by famous bodybuilders over the years. The fact is, it's not easy to specifically say one diet will work better for you than another, because the diet you choose depends on a number of variables. Since everyone is individual, you may find one of these diet theories, a combination, or one of your own works best for you. So check out the info and put down that Big Mac!
