    Introduction
    I have tried a variety of supplements and continue to try new things and see what makes me feel the best with the best results. With so many supplements out there, it's tough to know what you want to take with what. I've found there are a few things that are essential and the rest you can tweak with to find what you feel gives you the best results.

    My Supplements
    Currently, I'm taking the following supplements regularly:

    AST Micronized Creatine with AST ALA 200. (Every morning before I go to the gym).
    Higher Power Glutamine. (Every morning after working out).
    Prolab N' Large2 (2-3 shakes per day)
    Syntrax Proxylon (3-5 times throughout the day)
    Pinnacle GroTropin (3 times per day during the week, weekends off)
    Optimum Glucosamine plus CSA (morning and night)
    Higher Power Saw Palmetto (morning and night)
    Twinlab ZMA FUEL (right before bed)
    and of coarse, a good multi-vitamin and mineral:
    Eclipse Complex 24

    I take micronized creatine with alpha-lipoic acid because the combination is awesome! ALA has some awesome effects to like enhancing glucose utilization and increasing creatine uptake. I always feel pumped up and energized. My endurance levels have greatly increased too versus before I started this stack.

    I love Glutamine because of the quick muscle recovery I receive from it. I seriously work my muscles so freakin' hard...I used to be sore for about three days after I worked a muscle group. I've noticed the recovery time is nearly 50% faster because my muscles heal quickly enough for me to rework that part in only 2 days now. I would have to say that after protein, creatine and a good multi-vitamin and mineral, glutamine is the most important supplement you can take to keep your muscles healthy and your gains coming quickly. The soreness levels reduce so much on glutamine because of the added benefits it provides to my muscles, that it's a supplement I won't be without!

    A multi-vitamin is a must have! Not only do vitamins help keep every part of your body running right, but they also keep your gains coming consistently. Protect yourself from free radicals and deficiencies! Afterall, you don't want a vitamin or mineral deficiency to slow down your gains and reduce your health and immunity!

    Then there's Proxylon. Proxylon just plain kicks ass! This stuff is incredible! I mean, check this out: through a natural isoflavone it drastically increased muscle growth, fat loss, improves immunity, lowers cholesterol levels, enhances endurance and improves vitality. Damn! It's the equivalent of a mild steroid with no side-effects. You might want to check this one out.

    GroTropin provides the hormonal foundation I need to maintain consistent gains in strength by providing my body with increased growth hormone secretatogues (by increasing the natural production of my own growth hormone factors), and increasing my naturally produced testosterone levels (the 1,000mg of Tribulus Terrestris found in GroTropin) by raising LH levels. This really rocks because the testosterone is my own and it makes such a difference in strength gains, energy, muscle growth, and endurance...not to mention recovery!     Last of all I take ZMA Fuel by Twinlab, a product I've taken for about six months now. First of all, what can I say...I love this product! I get amazing deep sleep out of it, my T-levels go up naturally another 30%, and my strength is going up more rapidly because of it too! Athletes and bodybuilders have a tendency to be low on Zinc Magnesium and Vitamin B6. This provides the right combination of each to ensure highly anabolic gains!
