Many of us indulge in our daily ritual of enjoying a mocha or a fruit smoothie. However, although these drinks may look innocent many of them contain more calories then a meal at McDonalds! Don’t let them fool you. Many of these drinks are packed with hidden sugar and fat. Many dieters make the mistake of disregarding the calories they are drinking, and then can’t figure out why they aren’t losing weight. They think they are doing everything right; however every morning when they indulge in their fruit smoothie they may as well have had a couple of cheeseburgers.
